Bee-bots

Yesterday, we used our knowledge about precise algorithms to create instructions for our partner to get to different places in the hall. We had to use directional vocabulary like ‘half turn’ and ‘quarter turn’, as well as making sure our instructions were specific so that our partner knew how far to turn or move.

Then we used what we had practised to direct bee-bots on the bee bot app. We had to think about the instructions we were going to use first, and write them down. Then we tested out whether they were right by inputting them into the app and seeing if bee-bot made it!
